That's only a couple of years worth of 1 minute snapshots of every equity option in the US.

The how is beyond the scope of SD. Yes, the data includes daily SPX options.

Not for 0DTE. Sorry, sharing details is an entirely -EV proposition.

Are there any specific premade setups you would suggest that are on the right end of the curve and will provide efficient value?
If you're looking to start a homelab, the easiest way (in my opinion) is to go with an older server from a company like HP or Dell. Benefits are that they can be had cheaply on Ebay, with lots of different variations to choose from, they work with any software you can imagine, they are extremely versatile, and there are a lot of people already using them in homelabs, so you can often find lots of support if you need help. Another plus is that you can easily swap parts out as you grow (up to a point, of course) or to fit your needs.

I have a HP DL380P that I use as a Proxmox server for virtualization and NAS. I paid $150 for it. It started out with 16GB of RAM and 8 x 2.5" drive bays (in retrospect, I should have gotten the LFF 3.5" version). Now it has 48GB RAM and 16 drive bays. Plus I added TPM and bought a low-end graphics card for it (GT 730).

Check out some YouTube videos if you're interested in starting a homelab and you'll see there are a ton of options.

Not returnable... So if it doesn't work or something is busted, can I blame the carrier and file a claim so they buy me another one?

This has a Zen 2 processor. Zen 4 is out and has about 34% higher IPC. If you're looking at this, understand what you're getting. It's not bad, but not the best, and as other commenters pointed out, inappropriate for 98% of users.

We have an older 2017~era Prebuilt at work in this same case (i9 7940x on an Asus Prime X299 with a Pascal era Nvidia Quadro with 24gb of GDDR5 VRAM whose model number escapes me ATM), just note it's a lonnnnggg boi in terms of depth if you plan to put it on top of a desk, ours is on the floor. The side panel door also seems pretty fiddly, it doesn't like to lock in place all the time. Other than that it's nice, especially if you're not a fan of RGB
