I ended up buying 2- $100 ones to Lowe's from them when they had the same sale on 12/2. Received both ecards within about 15 mins and used them over the course of last week without issue. I'm planning to buy another one after this post. Not sure about eligible cb sites.

Edit: I just bought one and already got the ecard, it was pretty much instantaneous. I forgot to mention if you use PayPal and checkout as a guest, the email you give them must match your PayPal email or they won't let the purchase go through. Some people reported problems with that last time but I never had that issue. Just my 2¢

Can you buy 1 $500 card for $450 or do I have to buy 5 $100 cards?

Update: Just tried and had to buy 5 $100 gift cards to get the discount.

I had three orders rejected. Granted two of them I was in a different city but this current one I'm at home and still having problems.

Same. Order said success, card was charged, received an email from my card saying it had been charged, then received a cancelation email

That's a good idea. I just did 2 100 gift cards from egifter, and saved another $20 in total, making this a slicker deal.
