RC is sold out and 4 of Foster City's are returns. Went to both preparing to purchase all of them to help with a local private charity (we renovate disabled, elderly people's houses). We usually buy inexpensive sinks, but would've been a great addition to our inventory!
Bought a regular glacier bay from Home Depot and ended up spending double the amount I paid for the faucet on replacement parts after many things going wrong. Imagine if I had to pay a plumber to fix it.

Call a different costco and ask them to check AS400 for stock for this item #
(2) Moen is pretty darn good. You pay extra for the style. Plumbing store models are heavier because their drain assemblies are made of metal. I haven't tried weighing the same faucet between a home improvement store and a plumbing store without the drain assemblies, but I suspect they'll be the same thing. So really, the reliability difference between, say, one model that's $130 from a home improvement store and another that has nigh the same specs which may or may not be slightly different in style, is nothing. They use the same darn cartridge across similar models anyway, that should clue you in on how reliable those similar models are.
(3) It's Costco, $80 will be $130 at a home improvement store (and $300 at a plumbing store before haggling).
(4) Read plumbing forums, no one has much issue installing Costco faucets. They're not some shady junk.
In short, you're getting a probably $130 home improvement store model for $30, which is as good as a $300 plumbing store model sans the metal drain assembly (but really, the rest of your drain system is plastic anyway).
If you're so concerned about leaks and don't care about style, get a commercial faucet for around $130. No need to spend more. That fancy $300 plumbing store Delta/Moen/Kohler is just as reliable as the $60 Delta/Moen/Kohler, except it matches some interior designer's set.
