I don't know much about them, it may be risky to go for longer term plans, they might go under.

Apparently, USPS has lost the Infimobile sim that I ordered from Amazon. Amazon has already issued a refund. USPS says that there is still a chance that it will show up. If so,, I guess I get to try it for free unless Infimobile has some way of deactivating the sim.
That's interesting. USPS lost the SIM that I ordered from their website.

I was able to try it for free myself because Infimobile sent another after I requested a refund.

The initial one has never shown up - it's been over 4 weeks since that one was shipped.

Just received this email from eBay:

Hello sblake01,
It looks like you may have been in touch with infimobile and we want to let you know that some security concerns have come up with this account. We recommend taking some precautions to make sure your account stays secure.

Here's what you should do
Stop all communication with infimobile.
Don't respond to their offers to buy or sell an item.
Don't respond to requests to change your order or shipping information.
Don't click on or copy and paste any links they send you.
If you shipped an item to infimobile, contact the shipper to have it returned to you.
If you sent payment outside of eBay, contact your payment service provider to alert them of a potentially fraudulent charge.

I saw that too. That's concerning that they got kicked off eBay.

Too many complaints?

They're a legit provider. I wonder if it's competitor sabotage?

They may be a legit provider, I tried them for a month but did not continue because their customer service is just atrocious.

Been using them for a week. All is well.
