You can easily refill the external water cooler, its as simple as unscrewing a cap and filling it with distilled water (and ideally an additive) or using off the shelf water cooling coolant.
"with a special edition white & black two-tone external liquid cooling system. This second gen Liquid Propulsion Package (LPP G2) circulates cold distilled water through the internal heatsink of the laptop providing a near desktop experience at home. "
this is pretty interesting concept, i have a gaming laptop that pretty much eating dust ever since the desktop graphic card came down in price, purely because the intolerable fan noise. this might check the box if i were in the market.
although...this may also just be asking for problems down the road, surely you have to refill the coolant once a while due to connection loss? and this could also imply sub optimal cooling when liquid is not piped in.

So I bought an Eluctronics laptop once and I would never buy from them again. The laptop had oc features in the bios but there was no reset option for the bios and setting oc values ended up bricking the machine. Tech support was no help and even went as far as blaming me and ridiculing me on public forum while refusing a refund. So I ended up with a $3000 brick within less than a week. Total nightmare.

But Ram is co cheap that it isn't a big deal.
Most gaming laptops have at least 2 USB-C ports and support 3 external monitors.
