In the past, I could do s&s delivery with no shipping fees as a nonprime member. Now it is charging shipping fees on the first order. Is it the same for everyone?

It always has been like this. You will be charged shipping when your first S&S order is below $25/$35 without any other scheduled S&S orders to be shipped.

FYI: I was in Costco the other day and it was $12.89 after $5.00 instant savings for the 16 count.

edit: took out bad math Big Grin
