Some interesting selections but I'm not sure I'll ever buy another eBook or movie from Amazon. Last year, for no reason, they locked my account. It took 6 days to get to anyone who would respond. I lost access to all of the content I had purchased, including my Prime account. No reason was ever given.

This can happen with any digital content provider and shows how easily you can lose access to things you've purchased, with little recourse.

They may think of stolen credit card usage.

100% doubt it was no reason. There's no reason to believe you unfortunately.

I said "no reason was given", but that requires actually reading the post without knee-jerk Amazon shill fanboy kicking in.

Believe what you want; I gain nothing either way.

Didn't you ask? Didn't you request some sort of explanation and/or monetary "satisfaction" for the time you couldn't use your account for no reason? You should

Amazon legit locked a guy out of his account because his ring doorbell picked up what was thought to be a racist word. It was all over the news. Look it up.

FYI, technically we don't own the digital content that we buy. It can be removed anytime at Amazon's discretion.
