Only mattresses with the following model/item numbers and manufactured at FXI's San Bernardino, California facility between January 2, 2023 and April 28, 2023 are included in the recall. I agree with you that item number is same.

While a really good deal - Costco knowingly moving a recalled product - very shady 😔

I really don't think Costco will try to sell a recalled product. They have reached out when I product is recalled to every member who purchased.

this became too soft in 2 months of use, you will sink into the bed and theres no back support, i returned it

Mine are older, the first one was bought in 2010, the second in 2013, the third in 2017. It seems that they are simply inconsistent in how they make mattresses.

Costco take them back easily. But... you have to drag a fully unfurled mattress back to the store, which is not easy, depending on what you drive.

They didn't do a shet when Kirkland black coffee was recalled. I realized only after I discovered a missing nut reported in the recall was in one of my cans. No email or anything given they have my membership number

Insane price. Bought this bed in a queen last year and absolutely love it. Yes there was a recall but it was a pretty narrow set of mattresses and Costco informed me (even though mine wasn't recalled).

I went to the store yesterday and since Costco doesn't layout their mattresses they had a sample cut out size of an ottoman.. I sat on it and literally my butt hit the floor. I weigh 240lbs… whole 14" compressed… 😂

The recall affects only mattresses made at the San Bernadino, California facility between the manufacturing dates of January 2, 2023 to April 30, 2023 for the ComfortGrande 14-inch models and January 30, 2023 to April 30, 2023 for the DreamAway 8-inch models. It's illegal to sell recalled items, and costco is too big a corporation to indulge in such shady practices.
