Probably the price. The C3 isn't actually that significant of an upgrade over the C2 compared to the C1 to C2 leap. The biggest leap this gen from LG is with the G3 OLEDs but those are priced even higher at the moment so it's tough to find reasonable deals for them.

It seems it is Allstate and I think they don't cover burn-in, from my research I think only Best Buy warranty covers it.

I have the same questions. From reviews, looks like the C2 is slightly brighter and has more HDMI inputs. The B3 has DTS (though does that matter if this is hooked up to a receiver and speakers?) and is better at up-scaling older content like DVDs. I'd love to hear from someone that has actually owned them.
