"Normal price" -- no. Regular price, yes. It goes between $2.5 and $1. Right now it is $1. It doesn't go any lower than $1. Do with this information as you please.

Bought one to help fill my lawnmower from an old tin gas can I have. As careful as I am to pour slowly gas still splashes at first drop. May be good for oily viscous fluids but not as a gas funnel
