The Amazon description says it's stainless steel but the pictures look like oiled bronze. Is it painted?

I found this [imgur.com] in one of the product pictures. Looks like it's Stainless Steel with chrome plating and a powder coating finish. Hope this helps Smilie

These plastic hooks broke literally after 5 mins with 2 standard bottles of shampoo. 15.4 lbs weight is lol, more like 0.4
