And sometimes after the wait you find that it wasn't worth the wait.
I just spent the last 2 hours with T force. Going over the new forever upgrade program that they had no clue how it works. They kept telling me I was ineligible because I'm on magenta max -all the good reps have been fired.
I qualified for this and they are asking for an EID for the phone. I don't have a phone with me right now for this. Is this a potential problem?
If you have an iPhone, anything recent has 2 MEIDs you can add the second line to your existing phone as a placeholder. I believe many androids support it as well.

Anybody tried using this line with any Add-A-line phone promos? Still waiting to see if my One plan is eligible.
This promo will not work with any other promo (ie. Add-A-line for a free phone depenedant on your current plan). T-Mo will not allow you to double dip.
I've been screwed over adding a free line that they converted to a paid line despite checking with tmobiles help line multiple times to make sure that wouldn't be the case. I'd make sure everything you ask is screenshotted and well documented before doing any of these promos.
Reached to tforce on x. Mentioned both the internal document # and the promotion name as well as my segments need to be checked to see if I'm eligible. We'll see what they say. I currently have 8 lines for $100 a month.

Same. App chat said I'm eligible. Called 611. And rep said he was familiar with the promotion because lots of calls for it. Further instructed me that checking my account the promotion doesn't show up and that it is very targeted to about 10 percent of accounts. So idk. No free line for me.
