Ah yes, vital proteins, the company that forces you into a binding arbitration agreement by opening the package... Not a remotely questionable business practice... 😄

Edit - not sure why this is getting down votes - legitimately slimy company that's now owned by Nestle

Looks like the Michelin tire discount was changed. I wonder if $60 off up to $899 / $80 off $900+ will be the new normal? For context, Costco recently changed its tire promo to now include installation. The last Michelin promo month was: Buy a set of 4 Michelin Tires w/ Free Installation for $100 Off $900+ or $50 Off $899.99 and below. This is a better deal if your tires cost <$900, which is becoming less common these days, otherwise it is a worse deal for everyone else.
Tires for under $900? Maybe if you have a small car. A Mini I had once tires were like $600 or so (just the tires, not install), but that was 6 years ago so even that is probably more $$. An average SUV or minivan is easily $1100+.

I've been eyeing these tire deals as the winter tires I've been rotating onto my wife's minivan are probably on their last season.

Unless it's a "holiday deal". I tried to price match some maple syrup and they told me they won't price match deals from their holiday ad and suggested I buy it and return.
I know it's just something small but in an attempt to streamline things, I've just approached the CS and told them what I was planning on doing, how it would be a big waste of everyone's time, and they capitulate. One summer I got a PA on a playset a couple times this way. Told them that I could haul it up to the front, buy it then immediately return but I don't really want to do that and they don't really want to have to haul it back. Eventually someone with common sense will prevail. They basically wind up doing a phantom buy/return right there.

Nongshim tonkotsu isn't that good IMO.

Try the Raoh Tonkotsu Ramen (green/black packet). Rich and savory.
They used to be 1.25? at Walmart, but since they raised the price to $2.68, I no longer get them.
I just get the nongshim shin ramen now - 18 pk from Sam's for $17. Still not as good as the Raoh, but for my cheap ramen fix, it'll do.

I mean, most major companies have an arbitration and forum clause if you use their product. Not really a questionable practice, it's a standard business practice. Not sure if it's a slimy company or not, but if arbitration is what you're concerned about you really shouldn't be buying anything.
Why can't they put the label on the outer package so I can decide at the store if I want to buy it? Hiding it under the seal is a sleazy business practice indeed.

First, 99.99% of people don't purchase a product based on their arbitration agreement. Second, it's not like it is an enforceable agreement if you open the package and it explodes or something like that, it would only be enforceable if you started using the product. Third, as stated before, practically all consumer goods, software products, etc are subject to an arbitration agreement. Not saying it's right but it is common.

Not saying your statement is wrong, but I haven't been able to verify what was stated.
The only time I've seen it at Costco is when they have a price increase concurrent with the start of a sale. e.g.

Frozen salmon was $22
Start of sale, frozen salmon increased to $25, with $5 off making it $20
End of sale, frozen salmon is now $25

Quote from thebestpest :
Within 30 days Costco will price match. Just go up to the customer service counter.
For non-perishables like tissue paper, you can still get a "price match" after 30 days. Just bring your old receipt when you go shopping. Buy a new case of tissues at the sale price. Then immediately go to the service desk and return it using the old receipt (pre-sale price). If they question you about it, just tell them something like you and your wife unknowingly bought one case each, and you no longer have space to store both.

I love how they jack up the TP prices then put it on sale classic
It depend...I want to buy a Bose 2 soundbar and the price was $159.99 in store no discount in November (2-3 weeks before coming instant coupon). Well, the price gone up $199.99 - $40 instant coupon =$159.99 this month so no saving.
