It is useful if you dont want to listen to people at work, I got my music on , they dont even know it. They are uncomfortable after an hour or so, not worth $35, maybe $25, I paid $55, don't use them often, but when I do they are handy for mowing the lawn and also being aware with whats going on

I paid $15 and returned them.

I have AirPods. And sunglasses. Having worse audio and worse (heavy) sunglasses just didn't make since to me.

Plus, the charging apparatus is awful. It's totally proprietary. It gets damaged and you might as well toss the glasses too.

Also bought them for $20 last year. Used them once. They were heavy and hurt my ears.

I still don't understand the market for these. Can someone enlighten me beyond "it's sunglasses" or "if you are walking your dog in direct sunlight, you can also answer calls!!!" or "listen to music while surfing!!!"

This isn't for everyone... If you don't see the appeal, it isn't for you. That said, these frames are kinda flimsy, and the company that you can buy prescription lenses for this charges a lot for it.

For someone like me that often is using earbuds for calls or listening to something, this would be a way to continue doing that in some situations that would look somewhat more socially acceptable. It's not entirely equal as using something like Aftershokz Aeropex bone conduction though. Even on the lowest volume, you can slightly hear there is sound coming from these things...

edit: this is around the sale price it has been for the last few years. Be sure if you order this that it comes with proprietary charger cable, the sunglasses inserts as well as the normal ones. Some people that ordered these last time had missing accessories

another edit: I want to stress that "large" will be comically large for most people. At least, that's how some people (myself included) saw it.

replaced it with prescription lens and works fine that way I suppose. People do not know you are listening to other things same as what the guy said above

I paid $20 for these on a Woot! flash sale. I wear them mostly for walking the dog and sometimes when making a phone call. I switch out the sunglasses for the clear for indoor use. They are fine for calls and podcasts, I'd never listen to music on them . The biggest attraction is that they are open ear. I have airpods, bluetooth hats, bone conduction headsets, etc, and these are by far the only ones that feel like you aren't wearing anything.

I sent mine off to lensesrx and paid $60 to get my prescription lenses installed. They are great for around the house to listen to audiobooks.

I use them when riding my bike so I can still hear traffic coming up on me. Definitely not useful for mowing the grass or airplanes. For $35, they're pretty great.

I bought these black friday and I wasn't sure if it was a good purchase. They last about 6 hours, sometimes more. The sound is decent, don't listen to music with them as they aren't anywhere near as good as the junkiest pair of headphones. I use these to listen to meetings while working at my desk so that I can hear people around me while in a meeting.

I wish the bluelight lens were a bit stronger, I feel they are helping but would be much better if they blocked more.

I feel they fit great in my workspace and for $35 I kept them.

Thanks, I think lensabl is the one that they are contracted with. I don't think it was anything as cheap as what you paid, but I think it may have included progressive (or transition?) lenses etc. Within the last 2 or so years when I saw this originally posted, I didn't find any other places that would provide lenses... so, thanks for that
