These are mostly sugar, so you might as well just go and buy some gummy bears instead. The ACV content in these is insignificant.

No, you don't. Your digestive system is absolutely capable of efficiently digesting food and controlling the acid/alkaline balance to a very precise point. Taking these does absolutely nothing except waste your money.

The reason you would take apple cider vinegar is to increase the acidity of your stomach to better break down food and help with nutrient absorbtion. Eating sugary gummy bears won't help with that sadly.

These are useless. You may as well be buying candy at that point. This product won't benefit your health the way plain ACV liquid will. ACV should be taken mixed in water. Keeping your teeth clean will help with corrosion.
