I actually like the Roku TV interface. You can load up a music app, have it start playing, then set a sleep timer and turn the display off (while keeping the audio playing). Our other TVs (Samsung and Vizio) let you set a sleep timer, but don't allow turning the display off without turning the entire TV off.

Great TV for the price, bought one for the bedroom last time it was on sale. Snappy interface and good controls. Rtings considers it to be the best option in its price range.
I got it two weeks ago when it was 200 as a cheap rec room TV. Jury is still out for me, there is quite a bit of stutter when watching sports, enough that it makes my eyes hurt a bit to watch. Haven't spent time seeing if I can tweak settings to improve it though.
Interface is super snappy and so so much better than the Samsung one on our main TV.

The Hisense A65K is better but they took it off due to being a Costco exclusive.
It's $230, so $30 more, but it has better colors, Google interface, and better gaming support such as VRR. Probably worth the extra $30 if you already have a Costco membership.

The Hisense is a great option too, but it's $40 more, not $30, and the Google interface is arguably a con compared to Roku. Worth noting it's got 3 HDMI ports, compared to Roku's 4.

I bought it last week. It was $230 at my local Costco.
Yeah, I guess the interface would be preference although it is much easier to install external apps with the Google interface, which is why I much prefer it. The Roku one does look better and is easier to navigate.
All that being said. the color difference is huge in person. The Hisense wins due to that alone for me.

I think out of most smart tv interfaces, Roku is one of easiest. What is your issue with the Samsung software?
