sometimes doesn't turn on so i have to plug and unplug. Initial monitor had multiple dead pixels. Sent in for repair on day that I initially got the monitor, which took 15 days to get back to me. Arrived with dead pixels in different spots so tried to return but said I couldn't because I was out of 14-day return window (even though they had the monitor the entire time). Sent in again and came back with dead pixels again. Took me over 2 weeks to get the monitor back after I received notification that it was ready to ship back to me. Called multiple times and nobody had any idea what was going on but was told that, for me troubles, I would get $100 and had it in writing. They also tried to offer me a different monitor but the model was an older model with less features and called them out on it. Received monitor again and, what do you know, multiple dead pixels. Called them saying that I want my money back as this is the third iteration of the monitor having dead pixels and they said no, that I would have to send it in AGAIN. Got up to manager and they still refused. I then asked for the $100 I have in writing saying they would give me. They said they have no record of it and despite me sending them written proof, they said that whoever sent me that didn't have the authority to offer me that so I wouldn't receive it.
