Some info on the Green tea
200 capsules
2 capsules per serving; 100 servings per bottle
27 to 40 mg caffeine per serving
630mg Green tea extract per serving
Standardized to 15% polyphenols = 95mg polyphenols (antioxidants)

That's quite low on the polyphenols (the good stuff). Other brands like Life Extension are 98% polyphenols. They are more expensive of course.
Also they don't standardize the EGCG, which naturally occurs in green tea. So, you don't know how much of it you are taking. While EGCG is usually used as a fat burner, too much of it is toxic for the liver.
Be careful taking green tea supplements every day. A lot of people end up in the hospital with green tea hepatotoxicity

Heads up on the green tea extract

I'd recommend trying on a day you don't mind having to frequent the pot, cause chances are you're gonna be on it a lot!

Weird because green tea usually has the opposite effect for me.

Also, looks like the deal only works on one time. I bought the green tea extract, now its not showing me the deal on the fish oil.

On top.of the above two comments, a reminder that such OTC products are not regulated and even if they say it helps with X and Y, it doesn't mean they actually do, as they never have to prove it.
