Walgreens might have the worst idea of their inventory of any convenience store. Get ready for items to get canceled despite appearing in stock. I highly recommend selecting substitutions.

Deal worked for me. Purchased 9 bags of M&Ms plus 2 bottles of Amazon Iced Tea (2 for $6). Total was $25.66 with tax. Before tax the total was $35.94, minus $10.53 in coupons/promos. Estimated member rewards earned: $5.25.

Next, we'll see what's actually in the bags when I get them. They've often substituted wrong and I've had to cancel the order.

Dollar savings 29.
20% let's say 6.

23 plus tax plus $5 Walgreen cash.

So 25 cash and 5 cash back or a different combo?

It's $0.50 off per bag if you buy at least 2 bags. (They worded it oddly.)

Thus: ($9.98 - $1.50) x 3 x 0.80 = $20.35
$20.35 / 9 = $2.26 / bag

That's BEFORE the $5.20 you get in Walgreens cash back, making the deal even slicker ($1.68 / bag).

Note: you cannot combine the CANDY20 and PICKUP15 offers on the same product. PICKUP15 will only apply to other items you purchase in the order.

I believe since it says SPEND $20 you have to use cash and cannot use rewards. If it said BUY $20 worth of candy then you could have used rewards to earn Walgreens cash.

Except that they are incompetent with substitutions too. I wrote a comment in the substitution section, but they didn't do it. When I mentioned it to the clerk that handed me my order, he had zero clue what I was talking about and said, "I've never seen such a thing (substitution preference), and I'm a manager." How can a manager not know something so basic? lol
I usually ignore pickup experience survey, but I let Walgreens know that a manager should know about it...LMAO

Anytime you use rewards, you can't earn any. I could've just used my $20 rewards I have, but then I wouldn't earn the $5.40 for this order.
