I think they are simply implying doctors and scientists with decades of tested and validated data are somehow less qualified to make medical recommendations than my local Facebook moms group who have also "done their research" through anecdotes and a sample size of 2.

Good price, but the real slick deal is not having to pay big dentist bills down the road because my kids used fluoride free toothpaste.

Excellent deal. I am assuming an adult can use this despite the formula, probably lower potency, is made for children.

surprisingly, kids toothpastes *don't* have lower fluoride levels (INFANT toothpaste will, or will just straight up not have fluoride). Both will have Sodium Fluoride 0.243% (0.15% w/v). I confirmed this kids toothpaste has 0.243% on the Crest site (they hide that info weirdly??)

The main difference from what I can tell is just... kids toothpastes taste good?

There are some more modern toothpastes that use stannous fluoride (i believe crest Pro-Health is stannous vs. sodium). Stannous is better for a few reasons, and I switched to using toothpastes with it instead of sodium fluoride.
