Sorry for my ignorance but how do I extend lets say a leaf blower (male plug) with both female plugs. Do I need another adapter with male to male plug?

They don't have a stock number, and even though they are 12/3 they are only rated for 15 amps.
And OP, could you post a smaller picture please. My scanning electron microscope is having trouble focusing on the postage stamp you provided.

Going to try it on my level 1 electric charger at our vacation house where the plug is too far inside to reach on its own.
