I have this kit. Been using it for about a year as an every day, around the house, handyman. It meets 99% of my needs for various projects.

The only complaint I can offer is the super long phillips head bit will actually bend a little bit if you apply significant torque to it on a stuck screw head. Once it is bent, it doesn't work well anymore, as it has a wobble to it.

I would buy this kit again if I was in the market for one.

Note, $15 is an okay deal, just not a screaming deal.
Obligatory "I have / love / beat on my Ryobi tools but their bits are trash" comment. It's damn true.

But for $15 bucks eh

Same, bought one set a few years ago and the bits are super soft for "impact rated"

I got a much better and bigger set of Milwaukee bits at HD for -$28 a few months ago. The Ryobi bits are terrible for impact use. Check that Farm guy's review.

Came here to say this. I have a nearly antique and highly abused dc825 that snaps these like twigs.... I can't imagine what a newer higher torque tool would do. I've had better luck with Bauer and Hercules bits.

I purchased ryobi drill bits maybe two years ago and one of them broke off and stuck in my wall. Was a real pain to get that stick of metal out lol.

That's actually how impact rated bits and sockets are supposed to behave. 👍When over-torqued, it's safer to bend than being split into flying shards.
