I bought 2 of them this year from Sam's, and one about three years ago. they are all exactly the same.
i think issues mentioned in the reviews come from incorrect installation. You have to get the pegs on the uprights into the slots EXACTLY, one loose peg and the thing wobbles. But fear not, its easy.
but i have bought these many times before and they are ok for my needs, they do sags so beware of not putting too heavy items. Almost 10 years and they are all still standing so far..
