Razer products are somewhat invasive imo. It makes you register to use its software. Can't control things unless you do. Last one had buzzing issues I had to find how to fix and people said I have to get the app to fix it. Did it to turn off RGB that was said to be problem didn't fix issue.
Doesn't just work out of the box like other headsets do. Makes you work for it.

It seems like Xbox headsets in general have a lot of problems, although I don't know what platform the problem you're describing happened on. I've had zero issues with my Kaira Pro, I do think I had to register it in the app but since then using the app has been completely optional.

Does this have simultaneous Bluetooth for listening to music or podcast during gaming? I have the Razer Kairo wired for PS4 and really like the sound and comfort. Tempting deal.

Decent quality sound, however ended up with a stress crack in the frame right above where the U-shaped brackets connects to the speakers within about 9 months. Fairly large-sized head here though, which likely contributed to the problem. I ended up buying the Corsairs for Xbox which really surprised me in their far superior build quality and sound. These Razers are decent though for the price. Definitely better than Turtle Beach.

Yes it does. I bought one to replace my current which I broke through no fault of the headset. It's a great headset and fits my melon head nicely.

Thank you and the other poster for confirming it can play music & podcast while gaming. I absolutely enjoy headsets with that feature. I hear you about having a large head, I have a hard time finding baseball caps that fit because my pumpkin sized head. bounce

My pleasure. And for what it's worth with this deal I paid about $20 less than my current one which was purchased about 12 months ago. Not seeing that too much these days with prices on the rise.
