Anyway, I've seen this labeler pop up before for similar price. Labels themselves cost about twice as much as normal printer labels, and prints somewhat fuzzy, but worth it for convenience factor?
Edit: just price compared, a standard Brother label printer costs ~2x upfront BUT the labels themselves are much much cheaper, and no foreign app needed, so for that reason, I'm out.

The continuous tape available for this Phomemo printer gives you about half as much for twice the cost from quick math, so Brother is at least 4 times cheaper.
I'd also count on the Brother supplies being available longer than a smaller brand's.

I was merely pointing out in a joking way that OP contributes a huge amount.
And my subsequent discussion of the product is the whole point of this website and why I love it: we are looking for the highest quality at the best price (value is not the same as cheap).
Once I've spent time researching something, I share my findings so others can save their time, as a lot of us do on these forums. Sometimes, I am wrong and get corrected, and I appreciate that very much as well.
Careful shopping is not a bad or "evil" attitude, it prevents wasteful consumerism. I buy Chinese products like this one often, just not this time.

Ya, I always saved on oil changes too. Though, not because of Slickdeals, because I get maybe one oil change every two years. 2011 Nissan, owned since new, still runs like new.
I have a Brother label somewhere but requires lots of batteries or AC adapter forgot where I placed it.

1) Given the amount of foreign interference in domestic issues we've had, and also the general pervasiveness of spyware in electronics and certain governments' surveillance policies, it's completely understandable for people to pause and think before installing unfamiliar software. According to reviews, this app also requires location permission in order to work; while that may simply be a technical issue, it's not a good look. With all that said, I don't suspect anything nefarious here, but the less unknown software on my devices, the better.
2) You keep misunderstanding my first sentence, so allow me to simplify it:
