I have had an older version of this model for 12 years. It even took a 1 story drop once and still runs like a champ. Great brand that many do not know about in my opinion.

Inevitably, somebody will question the legitimacy of the merchant. Watchmaxx is a legitimate gray market dealer. That means their watches don't usually carry a manufacturer warranty, but you won't be receiving some fake watch. Additionally, if you need work done on the watch, you should be able to reach back out to watchmaxx if the watch sold includes a watchmaxx warranty

Way better than citizen or seiko. Not as nice as grand seiko but that is a different weight class. If you want a legitimate Swiss automatic watch that is between tissot and tag for a nice price. This is a good one to consider.

It's a decent midrange watch at this price. As far as way better than seiko....not necessarily. My seiko SARB033 and 035 twins compare quite well to my Oris in terms of build quality and timekeeping. Their only flaw in my opinion is their bracelet, but that is a matter of preference and easily changed. MSRP on those was about this price, often could be had from Japan in the $400 range. Que time machine comments in 3, 2, 1..... grand seiko is an entirely different level.

So basically what I'm hearing is that this isn't really a deal. This is a good watch at $750. This is all too common on slickdeals anymore. Fake massive markdowns that actually just represent the fair market value. Another waste of time.

I usually buy things based future resell value but I doubt this thing will depreciate more than my TV that I paid 2K+ last year .
I never thought I would waste money on an expensive watches but being 40+ yo , not a lot of new things excite me except new guns Smilie
