I made the mistake of buying this model. It doesn't have that feature that reduces the vibration. I think it's in the fuel one. I'm not one of those omg it's not fuel types. For this one I would spend the extra money to get the fuel.

Ahhh!!! I didn't even know. I just run it WFO and it cuts like crazy. Top three tool I ever bought. If I used it daily then yep. Vibration would be a killer.

If you need to use it regularly, sure, go for the fuel... but this is a good bundle for the price with the CP 3.0 HO battery (which uses 21700 cells). For how often a typical person might use one of these once in a blue moon? This one is more than adequate.

It's not just an issue of how often you use the tool but also how long you use it. I don't use my oscillating tool often but I sure do use it for a long time. Sanding detail for furniture, doors and my hands go completely numb.

i just use this fix things around the house. usually a few minutes at a time. if you're a pro then yea, you should buy the fuel or buy the dewalt DCS356. that unit is usually under $100 with a fun size battery

the link you posted has the 1.5ah battery, which is trash. it's not even an issue of capacity. that battery is weak, doesn't put out enough juice to let your tools actually work correctly. the price is also $200.

if you actually took 5 seconds to read my post then you'd see that i said home depot sold out of this kit. they don't have it at any price right now.

100% I used it for 30 min sanding off some old paint and was numb for a long time afterwards!

This one is good if you looking to experience Carpal tunnel after a few uses. The fuel is better & worth it

The Milwaukee 18v versions made curious battery placement choices. The battery is at an angle (maybe for ergonomics); which keeps you from being about to stand the tool up.

I find that remarkably inconvenient - to the point that I'll pick up another tool if they are near each other even though the Milwaukee seems to work better.
