While it's up to the publisher to offer as mischlep said, this has been a thing in Steam for a few years now. They can bundle things together and even offer a prorated discount if you already own a part of the bundle.

Barely on-topic, there's a Chained Echoes + Astlibra bundle I'm eyeing in the sale right now that gives an extra $6-ish off to buy both games together vs the price to buy them individually. Been super interested in both of them, but my backlog is looming large in my mind...

There's also this bundle for $20:

8 of the 10 games overlap with the 10 game bundle above, and is a "Complete your Collection" bundle. If you buy the "10 for $10" bundle first then buy the "10 for $20" bundle, it will only cost roughly $15.70 for all 12 games. Just be sure to buy the $10 bundle first, as it is an 82% discount vs the 62% discount on the $20 bundle.

It looks like this publisher has several other "Complete your Collection" bundles, so there are probably a few other ways to hack and end up buying a collection of 1 game for double discounts.

Unlike Microsoft. They state "please take care not to duplicate purchase.

For example, I bought MK 11 ultimate + injustice legend. But if I choose MK 11 ultimate individually, no issue to purchase it again. It doesn't acknowledge I own it. How convenient of a trillion dollar company to make it the consumer job to figure that out.

Chained Echoes is incredible if you like jrpgs. Best purchase I made this outside of bg3.

Most of these choices seem rather lack luster with a lot of them having mixed reviews. A few are positive. But overall you are getting a small variety of games at a whopping $1 per game. So if a few of them seem like they might be a good time to you I'm sure it'd be worth while
