I added and I talked to supervisor. This targeted offer is for only people with a special segment marker enabled. Supervisor said this promotion is for customers who haven't upgraded their lines in a ver very long run. So, I have to cancel it.

According to the rep that just helped me, it's total. so my trade in was $135 so the credit would be $800-$135 = $665
