Someone mentioned that for $800 off (.i.e getting iPhone 15 or Samsung ), its one phone per account. For $700 off (pixel) , multiple phones

On line. They mail you a postage paid box with instructions. You put it in the box (after you pull your chip & insert in new phone & do a factory reset) & mail it to them. Don't loose the package tracking number.
