Yesterday the rep said account not eligible and request being submitted to the dedicated team to add promo to the account. Asked to check back 24-48 hrs. I just saw voice mail on my phone from the same rep advising they are working on adding promo to the account and pls. do not initiate more chat other wise request will be cancelled. Don't know what is that about.
Just FYI
- The chat agent asked for photos and shared the screenshots. Valid promotion but NOT qualify
- Called 611 and ended same - Valid promotion but NOT qualify agian.
- I am currently eligible for the $500 Trade-in Offer online which I can select.(It is not bad at all, too)
- Both agents only offered to add a new line with FREE offers which I could sign up myself online.
Plan to trade in the LG V60 5G to Pixel 8 or 8 Pro and possibly with $200 more trade-in value.
