Not to detract or criticize the posting of the deal itself, but --

This could better be described as an article, not a book. An unhelpful article, at that.

The book is roughly 4000 words (about 8 pages by manuscript standards) and really isn't helpful in any way. If you asked ChatGPT to give you a few paragraphs for each chapter title, you'd get -far- more helpful information.

Not only is it unhelpful, where it provides information it's often wrong. For example, it claims that 660 to 750 credit scores are considered "subprime" which is analogous to "good".

Thank you to the deal poster; however, I'd recommend against the book, free or otherwise.
