This seems like a great deal. Apparently this is a good, trusted brand. Bought because i need to buy a new tv. Plus it comes with an HDMI cable. Thanks OP!

Costco sells a similar Sanus mount, but this one looks a little sleeker, and extends out further by 2".

I grabbed one of these from Costco really nice and was very easy to setup. This is a good price.
They go on sale at Costco a few times a year, but not this low. I think I grabbed mine for 80ish on sale at Costco.

Where can I buy the block wall kit for the installation? In the manual it is referenced as cmk1 kit.
