I've gotten one of these from the Arctic Ebay store before, since they were a great deal and usually B-stock (at least to me) means just cosmetic damage or cosmetic manufacturing errors.

The one I got had that LPN sticker on it like you'd see from Amazon when you get a "new" item, that's obviously been used. This one was "newish" but It looked like it was returned by someone who used it, and found out it didn't fit, and returned it. It had I'm guessing the original screws in a bag, but they included another set of screws that you need.

It was missing the all-in-one wire that I needed to connect it to my mobo. I Ebay messaged the seller and they sent me one right away, no questions asked.

In this case B-Stock meant more like it was used or refurbed. I'd still buy again since they have great customer service.

I would agree with you, looking at my eBay purchase history I'm 7 for 7 with Arctic Freezer B-stock, a few beat up boxes but contents always appear to be brand new.But honestly if somebody took one out found out it didn't fit and put it back in the box undamaged and everything else was still included, at the sale prices they offer, I would still be okay because these are really good products. It's great to hear the company had your back when you needed a part.
