My first higher end unit and the coffee is fantastic to me! I know there are better ones out there, but I won't even drink a Starbucks latte now because the taste from this is better to me.
Coffee machines break. You've been warned. Purchase from Phillips and you get a 2 year warranty, so that's something.
The 2200 has fewer buttons for 'combos' but otherwise the way the milk and coffee are made is the same. If you just want basic coffee or cappacino (coffee with frothed milk), the 2200 is just as good, literally the same.
If you want the extra, other drinks, then the 4300 is useful. It also has a prettier GUI/icon interface. Generally speaking, you're buying "options" for the extra $350, not better core coffee/cappacino.
The LatteGo system takes 10 seconds to clean. It's a huge upgrade from all the previous milk frothing systems I've used.
In news to nobody, the frothed milk never looks as good in real life (yes, full fat milk) as it does in the photos.

Mine, immediately out of the machine, is hot enough to nearly burn me for a few seconds, no cup warming or other magic required.
How long did it take them to ship your? 5 days past and nothing for me yet
It should be actually easier to do a nice concealed job with this Philips series, running the line through the back, so clean look and not visible on the countertop. Some Youtube videos show the back is easily unscrewed, and then there's an open gap inside right above where the water tank slides in. So can drill a small hole in both the back and above the water tank, to drop down the water line into the tank. Can just let the float valve suspend vertically from there, as PEX tubing is usually rigid enough to keep the float vertically in place.
The nice thing then is you can probably rig it so you can still slide out the tank partway enough to disconnect the float, when you might occasionally want to remove and give the water tank a good rinse and cleaning. Even though it's just holding water, there can be some slight algal buildup on the walls, especially since the side of the tank is translucent, so direct/indirect sunlight can still penetrate and cause some growth.

I got a plain latte from Starbucks the other day for the first time in years and it was absolutely awful. Never again.
Replace it ASAP before the return window is closed (That's if you bought it from Amazon).

Ordered Monday(Xmas), label created Thursday, handed off to ups Friday. UPS ground, so their, get it in 2-5 days claim is BS.
Just my usual PSA...if you have heart issues avoid unfiltered coffee
does this machine makes filtered cofee?
Paste an actual screen shot of your amazon order to prove me wrong.
