Do Apple gift cards ever go on sale in their own? I only ever see them full price but with other gift cards attached to them.

Sorry if its a dumb question. I started using the Apple TV app for rentals. So I'm not familiar with them.

There should not be a limit because the gift cards have to be added to your Apple account. Since you are adding them to your account I don't think they would set a limit. Once on your account all the cards will naturally add up to one balance.
