Bought this about 10 years ago. It has started to tear a bit and one of the poles is broken. Overall a solid tent. The rainfly is not the easiest to put on, but the tent itself goes up fast. I think I paid $120 for it 10 years ago and that was on sale. The retail of $219 is inflated though.

If you're going with something this big, I feel like holding out for a Dark Room and/or instant tent might be worthwhile. It's not like weight matters that much for a tent this size. $.02

Seconding this - good tent but you will need to replace it in 10 years unless you treat it very well.
