I skipped loading up on $3 soaps weeks ago because everyone kept saying the semi annual sale would be way better but now all I'm seeing are $4+ hand soaps. What kind of garbage is this?

The quality has gone down so much. Aside from the few 'intense' marketed candles, there just isn't enough throw to carry a scent. I think room sprays work much better and it just takes a spritz here and there and the scent actually carries nicely.

I hate paying for their shipping. And unless you want soap or body mist the deals just aren't there. I think their foaming hand soaps are super drying on the skin. But I do like their aromatherapy body washes but those are not included in this sale.

I've noticed this too...but its every place...everything is so mass produced now that the quality has gone down tremendously...glad I stocked up years ago

One random evening we went to BBW and bought many of their latest items for sale at cheaper price than semi-annual sale. Realised their semi -annual sale is not their best "sale"

Oh they're $4 now 😱 nooooo. I was also looking forward to the semi annual sale knocking my socks off this time around.
Edit- now that I've browsed through the app, it seems as though hand picked items are around $4 but many are like $8, especially new arrivals. They just had their annual body care sale about 3 weeks ago and that was great for their body butters and scrubs. I have to agree with those saying that the other sales throughout the year have been a better bargain than their after-Christmas semi-annual sale. No biggie. I'm still working on the moisturizers from 6 months ago 😅

Same here. Randomly on a day in October they were having a $2.95 hand soap sale and I scooped up several fall and winter-scented notes. That was better than what I am seeing now.

Ahh, the retailer games. Glad I bought all the $4.95 Aromatherapy items I wanted for gifts and the new year before Christmas over that 3 day sale. Combined with $10/$30, I cannot imagine a better price.

And their quality overall is poor. Hand lotions except for a few are very average, men's facial care/shave products are also very lackluster.

100% in agreement. Also many "classic" soap scents aren't even available on their website. Absolute trash. I hope they go bankrupt.
