Thanks OP, I bought same item from Amazon on Black Friday. The deal then was $35 off list price of $184.99 for a total of $149.99. I called and received a price adjustment. Customer support stated Amazon wouldn't price match, suggesting just to reorder and return the first order. They were unable to set up a return, they stated because it was a battery. A supervisor gave me the $12 adjustment.

recently on a whim i chatted for a price adjustment figuring that id get denied and have to do a return and rebuy. though after being passed to a second csr i was given 3 times the adjustment. i didnt ask any questions! later after receiving an email i see tha the csr did a refund on a recent purchase. laugh out loud
