Yo everyone! If you haven't played this game before, its super 100% worth a try, despite some negative reviews. I personally love the game and it's on sale right now for $0.99 standard edition, or $1.49 for the upgraded edition. I'm sure many of you heard of it!

The game can also be bought on PlayStation, but it looks like it doesn't have a discount for the Legion of Dawn Edition. However, it still has the $0.99 for the standard edition. People are also saying that Crossplay between PC and Consoles does NOT work, but I haven't verified for myself.

Here's to hoping enough people buy and play, so that they make a second Anthem!

EDIT: I just played today online with my brother on PC, along with seeing other players online. Servers are up and working.

Your advice is highly debatable and even a little embarrassing. I'm afraid to ask your annual income based on how defensive you are over dropping a dollar on a AAA that cost a fortune to produce.

99c for a legitimate lifetime license and being able download from official servers and easily play with friend(s) seems far less painful than the gymnastics you suggest that might not even result in savings at all. Not to mention if someone decides to play the game for two months, your $0.90 VPN method is already a failure at $1.80 and that's assuming the VPN is free which many I'd assume pay for.

This deal is great for someone with even a single friend who can "wanna try Anthem for a buck?". But even solo players... we're talking a dollar here man... EEK!

I edited the original post to include that I just tested it online today and it worked great.

Bought it at launch, super fun game play and fluent combat. The world is beautiful and very open. Too bad there's not enough depth and end game content. Btw all the boss fights are epic and memorable.

Also bought upon launch - honestly still enjoyed the game a ton. Beautiful world and fun combat. Got 25-30 hours of solid game play. End game it falls off but for $1.50 you're not going to find better bang for your buck.

I agree. This game was really fun. I played it with friends for a few months. Is too bad there was no adoption or support for it.

I tried at the beginning of this month and I wasn't able to play. I waited a long time and no way to get the game going, which is a shame because I always believed the game has a few terrible things that if they fix it it could have been a very entertaining video game.
