Oh, gotcha.
The website is new to me, but the price isn't. This Chromebook is already End-Of-Life and that and it's specs make it ewaste to most people, so they can't really price it higher. You can find them on eBay in things like 15 units for $120.
There are ways to flash Linux (/windows/etc) on them, so niche users do buy them. I have several similar ones, one as a RetroPi equivalent, one for Parsec for travel, one for the treadmill for YouTube/Netflix, etc. (I got these for about $20/each locally)
For most, this is e-waste. For some use cases, could be useful. Basically, if you have to ask, this isn't for you.
