As a beekeeper, organic honey is a scam anyway. There's no way to verify what your bees fed on. They can travel for miles. The US won't even certify honey as being organic so it can only be imported honey that claims to be organic and the standards in other countries aren't something I would put faith in.

If you want spicier honey it's easy to make. Warm plain honey in a pot and drop in a ghost pepper or whatever pepper you want and let it steep in the heated honey. Expose the seeds of you want it hotter, just be sure to strain the seeds out.

On sale at local Food Lion grocery store for $6.99. Also the extra hot is on sale. I use it on pizza. It would probably be good on chicken sandwiches. I think there are a few fast food places that offer hot honey chicken sandwiches or biscuits.
