The real selling points of the bike that it would be hard to find on others in this price point are:
- huge battery for huge range
- cadence AND torque sensors for smooth power assistance delivery
- comes in multiple frame sizes
- 750W motor and 28 mph top speed
- includes throttle

That said, Juiced absolutely has quality control issues across all of their bikes. Thoroughly inspect your bike and take photos along the way if you have any issues. Stay persistent and Juiced CS should get them solved, it just may take more time and patience than you'd like.
