I love it for one-off tools that I may use once or twice a year. If it breaks, then I know I use it enough to justify buying higher quality like BluePoint.
Don't buy these if your income depends on the tool functioning. Do buy these if you need to fill out a tool chest for home use. Perfect to get started and figure out what you really use most often.

But I somewhat look at it as 2 Harbor Freights within one store these days, there's the old Pittsburgh, Warrior, Chicago Electric HF, and the newer Quinn, Doyle, Icon, Hercules HF. For the most part they've evolved into a "good, better, best" product marketing strategy, and those "better" (Quinn, Doyle) and "best" (Icon) brands are pretty good or even comparable to higher-priced name-brand tools in some cases. Example, the new Quinn sealed head ratchets are highly likely rebranded Gearwrench, there are multiple Youtube teardowns comparing the two and the internals are interchangeable. With standard 20% coupon, those Quinn ratchets are ~40% the price of the identical Gearwrench.
You also have to give HF credit for their warranty process, they've stepped into the former Sears Craftsman "no hassle, grab a new one off the shelf and go" role better than anyone else, and from reading a lot of online comments they seem to offer that more consistently on a national basis than Lowe's or HD, where you might get the hassle free treatment or you might get a blank stare from a 19 y/o associate and a 30 minute ordeal to get manager approval for a replacement tool.
Looking at that extendable breaker bar.
I'm still waiting for other stuff to break so I can justify replacing it with something better quality but it hasn't happened yet.

Just hoped it would.

I often say the exact same thing about HF tools.
