HP Laserjet 3330 does not work with Win 10!

I had this printer for a while on the network and worked perfect.
Lately on and off it was showing "Not Ready" on windows 10.
Today I removed it and tried to connect again - no luck at all.
Also tried USB by direct connection - it print one page and stopped.
Tried many times.
Any tips?

The simplest option is simply that the printer's IP address changed. I'd suggest you set up DHCP reservation on your router so the printer always gets the same IP address. Then delete and re-add the network printer.

It seems like the unmanaged switch is not working properly.

How do I go about reserving the IP address?

Both the printer and that JetDirect are pretty ancient. If your router has a USB port, it can likely function as a print server. Personally, I'd be keeping my eyes open for a newer laser printer on facebook marketplace, nextdoor, or craigslist for cheap / free.
When the drum goes out, i'd think twice about replacing it.

Get the switch figured out then check the printer.

I must have bought this on Lifetime warranty - when I reached out to them, they never replied but added my email to their email list
2) New Switch - it works fine.
3) I do not know how to use/install it with Win 10 driver - tips well come?

That way your computer always knows where the printer is as it's address is locked in stone.
If you let your DHCP server hand out IP's, it may hand out a different IP to the printer when it's lease expires.
Some other device could now be assigned the printer's old address and your desktop/laptop will try to send print jobs to the wrong place.
By giving it a Fixed or IP reservation, you printer will always have the same address.
I did it a while back - things got easy and so I let it to DHCP - I need to re-learn on how to do it.

Get that IP address.
Now you can surf into the network card and set it up with a proper Fixed IP address.
