This is a pretty balanced combo, maybe slight bottleneck at 1080p but none at 1440p. I have a 5600x and a 3070Ti running 1440p and this is basically the same performance and less than half of what I built my PC for back in 2021.

Which one based on photo editing (photoshop elements) and City Skylines 2

This one at $699 or this one that I ordered for $999

ABS Aeolian-M Aqua High Performance Gaming PC – Intel i7 13700F - GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB GDDR5-32GB DDR5 6000MHz - 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD – AAA137004060TI8G https://a.co/d/2JmClqY

Is there a true $300.00 worth of difference based on my needs over the next 3-4yrs.

Why is being on Woot bad? I've bought plenty off of Woot with zero issues over the years.... other than the 6.99 t-shirt deal.

Woot has had a large amount of exceptional deals lately for some reason, some of which I personally have bought. I've had no complaints dealing with them. They seem to be a clearing house for Amazon's overstock, closeout, and clearance merchandise.

How can there be a slight bottleneck at 1080p but not at 1440p?

1440p the GPU will be rendering less frames per second so less stress on the CPU since CPU processes frames not pixels. This is a general guide. Different games will require more or less CPU usage.

5600X $150 can get 5700X 8 core on newegg tiktok for this price.
B550 Motherboard $80
500GB NVMe SSD $20
16GB DDR4 3200 $30
RX 6700 XT Graphics Card $300
550W Power Supply $60
Case $60

$700 Total

Pretty much paying current retail price for used parts with 180 day warranty vs 3 years if built with new parts.

You left out operating system and labor, and components at those prices won't likely be of the same quality that MSI provides as an OEM. And the only problem with building a gaming desktop in a $60 case is that it looks like it's in a $60 case. For those who are builders, I can see the attraction to building your own, but for many others something factory fresh with keyboard and mouse, ready to boot into Windows after plugging it in, is a more attractive option. To each his own.

Windows doesn't even need to be activated to use it and activation scripts or sub $5 keys on slickdeals. Lots of good cases for sub $100 range. I paid $41.99 for Corsair 4000D airflow and $44.99 for H5 Flow from newegg tiktok deals.

Because there are ALOT of these computers. Which means they have problems. So much that Woot is the only way to dispense of them.

This deal isn't for a factory fresh PC. If someone is willing to build then it would be a better route to take since it would cost nearly the same as this deal but new and with a full warranty.

If someone isn't willing to build or can't then this is a moot point
