Those are big, fancy, and expensive. If you need function more than form, these go on sale for $12.99 frequently: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MCGDN5C/. I use them all over my house and in little terrariums to germinate seeds.

Do they talk to Alexa? I want to check my rooms temp before bedding but don't want to go through them one by one.

Edit: went through the description, it doesn't mention network capabilities. Also it is powered by one aaa, so likely not.

How do these compare to the Govee ones that has been posted here in SD recently? Are they comparable or is one better than the other?

I got Govee yesterday and it seems fine. Both units are within ±1 degree and ± 3% of each other when set side by side. That's accurate enough for me. The Govee ones don't have a backlight, unlike the more expensive model I had before. The only issue I had was that you have to get up close to read the 3" display, but I suppose it not too bad for $9 each.
