1. Can cook multiple foods, e.g rice on the bottom pot, proteins on top. Since this thing has 2 heating systems.
2.The steam is awesome because it's inside and it's not requiring you to put water on the outside of the unit. I had a previous airfryer steamer that did that and the water channel eventually failed so no more steam function. Can do Dumplings, veggies, walk away and not have to watch it.
Use the steam to clean inside the unit after.
3. You don't need to thaw your proteins (chicken, fish) the steam from bottom pot and top heating element will cook it fairly even.
They have a deal on their site that is $30 more than the $149 but it includes free accessories.
