    Just a note on this. It says "Smart BMS", which usually implies some kind of app-based connectivity. I see no evidence of this, so likely just a "regular" bms with upgraded marketing wank.

    Will Prowse, while he has one of the most toxic communities in Solar, does produce good content. He confirmed the low temp charging cutoff to be functional. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30HaYO_mZpg

    Lithium prices are delightfully in freefall right now and there are plenty of sub-$200 LIFEPO4 options on the Amazon. However, this is likely the cheapest you can get with a functional low-temp cutoff, so if you need that feature (and trust it to work every time) this is a very good deal.

    One has to take the physical dimensions into account unless wired externally but otherwise yes, it can be if the UPS is 12V. Many are 24 or 48V and in that case it would require two or four batteries wired together in series. The BMS will regulate charging but it's possible the trickle charger on the UPS, designed for Pb batteries, may not fully charge a LiFePo4 battery, but you can still expect greater capacity and lifespan.
