Some people here are insufferable with their health comments on processed food, and make themselves look like fools. It's Kraft Mac and Cheese; everybody knows what it is, and if you enjoy it, then eat it, if you don't then move along. I don't walk into McDonald's and tell the guy ordering a QPC the ingredient list and health hazards.

Great price! Best I've seen lately.. if you don't need 35 boxes and live near Aldi, the store brand Mac and Cheese regular price is $0.55/each (but I've seen it dip as low as $0.35 in the past).

Does it have less food dyes and MSG or analogues? Unfortunately, although Aldi is a German based company, I find their products usually contain just as many additives as American ones
Bru don't overthink it.. Mac and cheese is not a healthy alternative.. if it's that important and you can't grow your own food or raise your own food animals, get your food from the Amish.. they have 3rd parties selling online for them✌️

Clearly people here can't read...

ENRICHED MACARONI (WHEAT FLOUR, DURUM FLOUR, NIACIN, FERROUS SULFATE [IRON], THIAMIN MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), CHEESE SAUCE MIX (WHEY, MILKFAT, SALT, MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, SODIUM TRIPHOSPHATE, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF TAPIOCA FLOUR, CITRIC ACID, LACTIC ACID, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, WITH PAPRIKA, TURMERIC, AND ANNATTO ADDED FOR COLOR, ENZYMES, CHEESE CULTURE).

There are no fake dyes. This is as 'healthy' as you are going to get from a Mac and cheese.
